Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: None. Cardiac arrhythmias and cardiac damage (CD) are more common in hospitalized patients with COVID-19. Many studies have shown that an independent risk factor for death the course COVID-19 these patients. However, there no publications on impact SARS CoV-2 a domestic without previous history cardiovascular disease. The aim study was to assess whether what occur early period after hospitalisation which them may be predictors heart Methods In patients, post-COVID (mean 12 ± 6 weeks) standard 12-lead ECG (ECG) 24-h Holter (Holter) were performed. Following parameters analysed: 1. ECG: mean rate (mHR); PQ interval (PQ), QRS duration (QRSd); corrected QT (QTc); atrial fibrillation (AF); inappropriate sinus tachycardia (ITS), > 120ms (QRS>120); LBBB, RBBB, fragmentation (QRSf); STT wave abnormalities (STTabn); presence premature supraventricular (SVES) ventricular (VES) complexes; 2. (STach), new (AFHolter), SVES 1000/24h (SVES>1000); (TSV), VES (VES>1000), Couplet (VEScouplet), non-sustained (nsVT); (VT), block A-V 2nd typ 2 and/or 3rd grade (AVdist). (CardD) defined as EF<50% any contraction ECHO MRI examination. Patients divided into two groups depending damage: Gr 1 CardD CardD. Next compared between both groups. Results A total 1032 (64% women 36% men), age 47.8± 16.5 included analysis, whom 91 pts (9,28%) met criteria. most frequent fragmentations 17,3% – noted 17,3%. one VT or VF found. Comparison analysed IN Table Multivariate regression analysis showed that: (OR 1.02, 95%Cl 1.00-1.104; p=0.028), LBBB 30.82; 1.99-475.80; p=0,014), VES>1000/24h 7.97; 1.68 -37.78; p=0,008), nsVT 6.20; 1.22-31.62; p=0,028) associated higher injury post COVID However female lower 0,27, 0.14-0.41; p<0.001) Conclusions Based obtained results, it can concluded predict hospitalization extrasystoles tachycardia. addition, (elderly people) sex (male) predispose myocardial

Intermittent short ECG recording is more effective than 24-hour Holter ECG in detection of arrhythmias
BACKGROUND Many patients report symptoms of palpitations or dizziness/presyncope. These patients are often referred for 24-hour Holter ECG, although the sensitivity for detecting relevant arrhythmias is comparatively low. Intermittent short ECG recording over a longer time period might be a convenient and more sensitive alternative. The objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of 24-h...

Clinical pearls in interpreting 24-hour ECG.
Interpreting a 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram (AECG) is important for the evaluation of patients with suspected arrhythmic events. Clinical pearls in interpreting the 24-hr ECG are presented in this article.
متن کاملComparison of the exercise treadmill test and 24-hour ECG Holter monitoring in patients with syndrome X or coronary atherosclerosis.
BACKGROUND Typical chest pain and ECG changes suggest the presence of myocardial ischaemia in cardiac syndrome X (SX) patients and resemble the symptoms observed in subjects with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease (CAD). AIM To compare the results of exercise treadmill tests (ETT), 24-hour ECG recordings and echocardiography in SX and CAD patients without previous myocardial infarction w...
متن کاملQTc interval prolongation in HIV-infected patients: a case–control study by 24-hour Holter ECG recording
BACKGROUND Aim of the study was to assess QTc interval by a 24-hour ECG recording in a group of HIV-infected individuals with a basal prolonged QTc. The risk factors associated with QTc prolongation and the indices of cardiovascular autonomic control were also evaluated. METHODS A case-control study was performed using as cases 32 HIV-infected patients with prolonged (>440 msec) QTc interval ...
